Kathy Baldy,
Veterinary Assistant
 
Kathy with Jillian Kathy joined the staff of East Hilliard in 1994. She, her husband Scott, and their daughters Megan and Kelly, both adopted from Vietnam, live in Sunbury. They have two Golden Retrievers, Jillian and Evan. Kathy and her dogs are training for rally obedience, obedience, and agility and will begin competing soon.

Kay Price,
Registered Veterinary Technician

 
Kay with Tori Kay came to East Hilliard Veterinary Services in 1998 but began working in the veterinary medical field in 1972. When the state of Ohio began to license Veterinary Technicians she was able to "grandfather" into the field. Since that time she has remained in the profession working at several small animal clinics in northwest Ohio and the central Ohio area. She lives in Columbus with her All American dog, Tori and her senior cat, Molly.

Beth with Louie Beth graduated from Columbus State Community College in 1991 and joined our staff in 1998. She lives in Grove City with her husband, Bill, who works at the OSU Fisher College of Business. They have two sons, Jacob and Clayton, who are very big sports fans. The boys are active in Grove City's Parks and Recreation Department football, basketball, and baseball teams. Beth's family also includes three dogs, Saydee, Mandy, and Louie, and two cats, Skittles and Max. Louie (pictured) is a rescue from Hurricane Katrina. He and Beth are working toward showing in rally obedience and agility.
Shawn Hopkins,
Veterinary Assistant
 
Shawn with Barney Shawn joined the staff in February, 2007 as a veterinary assistant.  He is studying to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.  Shawn lives in Hilliard with his wife Jamie, their cats (Boots and Sylvester), and their eight ferrets (Homer, Maggie, Ralph, Barney, Lenny, Seymore, Duff, and Malibu).

Jordan Hill,
Client Relations Specialist

 
Jordan Hill Jordan joined the team in February, 2008 as a Client Relations Specialist. She lives in Grove City with her son, Easton, who was born in February, 2007 and their Goldendoodle, Bruce. Jordan also has a cat named Meade. Jordan graduated from Grove City High School in 2003. She sometimes volunteers at Park West, a residence for people with special needs.

Kelly and Marley
Kelly Dugan is a graduate of Hilliard High School. She continues to live in Hilliard with her husband, Kevin and their two children, Kourteney, and Kevin, Jr. They have two cats, Remington and Marley, a Cairn Terrier named Jax, two birds, Doc and Casey, and a Tortoise named Jack. They also own a Quarter Horse called Miley.

Gina King is from Archbold Ohio and received her undergraduate degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine/Biology Life Science from University of Findlay in 2008.  She came to Columbus to attend the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine, and will graduate in 2012.  Gina joined our staff in December of 2008.  Her dog Shenzi, a lab-mastiff mix, and her horse, Angel, stayed with her family in Archbold, but Gina gets home whenever she can to enjoy her favorite pastime, horseback riding.

Sonya Gillane joined our staff in August, 2009.  She currently resides in Marysville with her husband, William, and their Cocker Spaniel, Jill.  After 13 years in aviation, Sonya has chosen to pursue a new career path in the field of veterinary medicine.  Currently she is taking classes at Columbus State Community College and hopes, in the future, to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.  In her spare time Sonya studies and plays "tennis" with Jill.

Leahanne joined our team in March of 2010.  She is originally from Houston, Texas and attended Texas A&M University, where she got her Bachelors in Biology with a minor in English.  After being accepted to the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine, class of 2013, she moved to Columbus where she now lives with her boyfriend, Mike.  Their family includes, Vladimir, a black cat, and Bean, a Welsh Corgi.  In her spare time, Leahanne is an amateur gardener and cook, and enjoys practicing in order to improve at both.
